Another director of football to bite the dust

The Italian fella at West Ham told he was not welcome at David & David's "Club Bonding" meeting this afternoon.

A return to the traditional (and proper) way to run an English Football Club.

I fully expect West Ham to stay up with a couple of astute signings although I think they would've anyway due to the dross down there with them.
Then I can foresee some good times ahead for the Boelyn Boys and good luck to 'em as well.
Gold, O'Sullivan and Brady - now they DON'T do failure.

So what can we learn from this?
