The Mittals won't be bothered about QPR unless they have a fondness for the club. If their motives are financial or promotional then there are plenty better options out there. If I were them I'd have second thoughts based on the amoeba that follow this club.

why would anyone with a minority just give money away?

          a majority is much different.

do you think mittal has made his money by doing that

anyway, this is all well and good but do we know any examples of a successful #### tankover of a 'soccer' team?

not wishing for anything. stopped wishing about anything to do with this club a long time ago. better off just taking it as it comes.

just stating why the mittals won't invest more the way it is currently

Strangely enough I run my own business Sam and with many investors, but thanks for the info ref shares etc, it's just a shame I am nowhere near rich enough to buy QPR myself.

You are boring now Sam. Evidentally you believe the Mittals are your preferred option, whereas I think different. Finally, just so you are aware, it is possible to spend money with no ties and it does happen Sam, it's called business for a reason.

It's Randy Lerner who owns villa. He also owns the Cleveland browns. The browns are woeful but I guess villa are ok
