Consortiums don't work too well, mainly due to conflict of interest, the best way for the club is just one single owner/family such as the mittals to buy...

Have we forgotten about this story that was published in September? Mittal was looking to buy Flav out then.

Also, they only recently appointed a new MD of the club Ishan Saksena, who replaced Briatore's man Agag.

I wouldn't be surprised if they bought Flavio's shares to be honest and made a proper go of getting us into the premiership. Although, we are qpr and good things like that don't seem to happen to us!

I have it on VERY VERY good authority that the Mittal's have no intention of buying our club.

Let's get the buckets out and look forward to happier times.

i dont care who takes over as long as in the best intrests of qpr and were not put into any kind of financial trouble.i think most people's ideal scenario would be the mittals so it seems anyway but who is to say that they will do a better job than those who are running the club at the moment?

You don't want financial trouble ? That is a big big wish. QPR are screwed mate. The asset stripping is about to begin. Routledge will be the first.

One thing that Briatore had all along, regardless of his shortcomings, was an interest in our club. Not sure the other parties contributed much in terms of ideas etc.

There's no guarantee the American consortium are even that interested. Chances are they wont want to fund a great deal of transfers if they did take over and could well mean relegation to league one and administration if Flavio can't find a buyer..
