tbh the entire club needs a re-structure..

im all for getting rid of routledge, hall, buz, agyemang, vine, stewart, ramage and adel..

fact remains we only bought routledge because he was available..

when sousa was in charge he had no need for wayne.. yet he got him because paladini thought "what a coup!"

sousa was playing a 4-4-2 diamond and it was working.. then we get routledge and sudden we are playing 4-5-1 because thats to fit routledge in.

fact is paladini along with those players needs moving on. id rather do it correctly brought in players who wanted to play for the club and not for the money that the club can offer..

routlegde is bar far the best right winger in the championship and i am sure most of you will agree that very few ,if any, left backs could live with him.
He has played under 5 managers since he been with and not one has played to his strenghts ie:tell him to hug the touch line ,get the ball to him, tell him to beat the ****** in front of him,cross the ball,tell the othersin the others in the team to be in the box when he does it.
I would be gutted if he left
