                    Since 2000 - the most "successful" manager wins ratio wise was ian Dowie - who had a 53.3% win ratio - following in a close second was Mick with five games 2 wins 2 draws and 1 defeat giving him a 40.2 % win ratio.....3rd was Jim....

                    Mick took over from JohnGregory i think in 2007 - oddly enough going back in further Terry Venables was the last manager to get over 50% win ratio. in 1984...Not sure what that really means - but it does make you wonder why Dowie was sacked ?

                      because he played long ball and only managed to beat sides in the bottom third, and would not play ball with the setup
