For the benefit of those who dont know, could you fill us in on what he does and and more importantly, what he has done well in recent years?

Well maybe, just maybe, if were run like a normal Football with people in proper positions we wouldnt be talking about this very borning subject.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to look at the league table and see we are 10th in the league, 4 points off the Play offs, we are not in the bottom 3.

Looks Like Harford needs all the help he can get and I for one am delighted hart has gone. If anyone enjoyed the last month, they need shooting

Okay, it gets a bigger audience when the club are not doing well, but we had the same poll after the draw at home to Blackpool, then we went on to play some sublime football, hopefully we can do the same.

Needs a big effort from everyone of course, but I'm not prepared to write the season off like many are.

Pete, I really hope we win tomorrow but just say tomorrow we are 15th in the league, 7 points behind 6th place and 9 points ahead of 3rd from bottom, having played 1 game more, what would your comments be ?

No Pete, this is so much more than the "same people".

I never previously doubted Gianni's usefulness to the club,
despite all the hullabaloo, I am one for cutting people slack.

But I am all out of slack now.

Pete, how are we ever going to be successful without stability? We wont be. It has been said so many times that our club needs to revert to traditional policies, scrap the DOF and put in a good manager to rule the roost. At least one with a good track record. I cannot see how the present set up will bring this stability we all crave.

In my opinion this would get all fans back onside and united. Isnt this what we all want. Why do you think GP was appointed DOF and do you think this was a mistake?

exactly pete because this club is going round in circles, if the club ever genuinely moved forward people wouldn't be complaining!

As for not writing the season off me neither, maybe when we have 52 points!

Don't disagree, we need a good manager.

Everyone that we respect and the players respect, if it means without a DOF than so be it. I really don't care, let a manager manage and stop panicking when we lose a couple.

Us fans can be just as bad, we call for managers heads after a few draws/defeats, yet ask for stability..
