M cooper - I think if it comes down to pure player power, what you need is a major clear out and a manager capable to doing this whilst maintaining championship status, I think the big problem is who ever comes in as manager needs to clear the team, but the board also want promotion - you cant get both.

We've had to acknowledge that Ipswich won't get promoted this year, Keane has 2 years to go it, the first year is clearing dead wood and creating a team to fight next season, granted ive never been so scared about relegation before as i was 14 games ago, but now I feel confident. Thats why QPR needs.
