No manager in their right mind would come any were near us. We are a joke, i feel sorry for Hart he would never have been my choice. The club will need to work very hard to get our fan base that is so disillusioned to pay for season tickets and match day tickets with all the antics that has been going on in the past two years. A price that a lot of fans are not prepared to pay any more.

Who on earth would want to come to W12 and endure nothing but hassle from both inside and outside the club. We should all take some sort of responsibility for this mess we are in. The owners for not knowing what they are truly doing, the players who don't seem to care and the fans who seem to take great delight in slagging off whoever is managing the club.

The club now have the opportunity to appoint a big name, that the players will look up to. If this means allowing him full reign on all the playing side, so be it. I'm sure that Gianni Paladini for the benefit of the club, would concentrate on other aspects of the club, if it mean't we moved forward on the pitch. It is clearly not working, bringing in the cheap option, with the money that the board have its not even out of their range to bring a former International manager or high class boss, who would instantly get the fans excitement going again. Surprisingly, if the club took the bull by the horns and did this, you would see an instant increase of 3-4,000 fans, so financially it would not be a great loss and its apparant the only way we can acheive promotion is by bringing in a high calibre manager.
I maintain this set of players are good enough, but they lack leadership and for them in recent weeks/months its been far to easy for them and for many they are going through the motions.
So please Flavio, Bernie or Amit if you are reading the messageboards, make sure the next decision is the right one, as many fans patience are if not running out, you have the power to change to that overnight.
Pay the money and get someone like Curbishley and let them run it their way from youth to scouting ,coaching, etc.

As someone said, this board is full of hypocrites. I feel really sorry for Hart, he had virtually no time here, could barely train with the players because of the weather, and arrived to hear some sections of the crowd ignorantly chanting and booing at him.
I don't think Hart was the right appointment, but we now need to get it right and all get behind whoever is chosen. After all, we don't know these managers personally. We'd have hounded Owen Coyle out probably. Same for O'Driscoll. Etc. Get the picture...?

Well and good saying a big name but given the slowly dwindling financial investment from the money men, I suspect that we won't get a big name and if we did, they will not get the money they would want to spend. And if he did, he would not be left alone to do his job with the interference from the 2 names I need not name.
