That is the structure we're led to believe is in place. A manager should be in total control and allowed to live/die by the signings THEY make. Hart has publicly stated he is shocked by lack of scouting network. Gp is the middle man between manager and flavio. Any grumbling from a manager to gp will get twisted when gp speaks to flavio.

My opinion is many managers have sussed gp out, he has put his twist on it to flav who wields the axe.

Flav needs to realise he has invested his trust in the wrong man and sack him.

i didnt want hart from the start but surely he cant be getting sacked this early.gotta be some sort of record isnt it lol i think we have to many big time charlies at the club and if things aint going there way they throw there toys out of the pram and the club dont wanna do anything to upset these so called "big players" so get rid of the manager.i wont be too bothered to see hart go cos he is as useful as a chocolate tea pot but id like to see these big time charliers let go cos they think they are bigger than this club.

I am not hijacking any thread as we are saying the same thing. Flavio has mad many, many bad decisions, but he has not got the information needed to make the decision from google, has he.

Say what you like about Tarabbts attutude, ( similar to a certain Stan bowles some of us older ones may suggest!) but what is true is that when he his on the pitch we play better, he is a threat to defenders just by his presence. The right back had buzz in his pocket all nite , the minute tarabt came on he was instantly under more pressure.

How many games have we been winning when he has been taken off have we gone on to lose or draw this season..quite a few, also its no coincidence that we looked much better in the last 20mins after he came on and the headless chicken busacky went into the middle.

unfortunately i think you can't have busacky and tarabbt in the same team.

Why is everyone so surprised about this and oh only at Rangers, FFS throughout our illustrious history we have had players undermining the manager, Bowles did it to plenty including from Jago and Sexton, Stainrod did it to Mullery, Gallen to Gregory........get real it goes on in Football but because its a chance to run the club down again, then we all get on the bandwagon.
Buzacky and Tarabbt are our Bowles and Stainrod of today, they can produce moments of genius and it is upto the manager to get the best out of them, like Sexton letting Bowles go to the betting shop 15 mins before games........because if he didn't Bowles wouldn't have played............simple as that.

Come on guys, Tarrabt is one of our best players.

He's the only player that takes the ball and runs at the opposition - he does try to make things happen. I know he can be a little greedy but he's so skillful and its a big mistake to freeze him out of the squad. He was our hero at Derby, on his day he is a top player for us that all championship sides would no doubt want.
