I'm an official runner for the Down's Syndrome Association mate. I had to commit that whatever happens I would pay them £1500, which thanks to Amit is now a certainty. I'm running in the Hoops with a DSA vest/logo thing ;D

        And I'm bricking myself

have you bought the running machine scott?
I went for a run last night and it was still icy in patches
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Scott u should be up to around 13 miles by now?

                  Where is your fitness at?

I am super fit and ran 13 miles.
However after I suffered cramps as I wasn't putting in the required mileage.
                  I trained at 6 miles a day.
My legs wasn't used to it.

I hope you aren't taking it for granted.

x it by 100 and that is how difficult it will be, unless you are planning to walk round which should see u in around 8hrs.
You must be aiming for under 4 hrs?

                        How much have you donated?

Most people donate £5-£10 which is 'chump change' to them too.

Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless
