Fair point Luke if we cant get Adams what about John Barnes or Paul Merson both young and experienced managers?

Mersons incredible knowledge of the game on Sky Sports would be a huge asset and Barnes scored a great goal for England against Berazil in Rio 84.

Either of those sppointments would have season tickets at record levels for sure.

Coppell is available and could do the job, although Curbs is definately the man if we are serious. As for Tony Adams i don't know about manager but the way our defence is at the moment i'd give him a playing contract !!!;D

are you suggesting that Quashie isnt Harts signing, nor is he Paladini's but is in fact, Curbishleys?

Why necessarily go for someone available? Choose who you want, pay the compensation. Otherwise we'll never get anywhere.

i'm just suggesting that after talking to quahsie last night, the prospect of curbs signing excites him. but no, hart wants him.

i forgot about coppell.he would be good but i cant see him being a yes man either.thats the problem we have and will have for a very long time.no decent manager will come as there is to much interference.we will be stuck with 2nd rate managers who are just yes men for the forseable future.

Does this mean we will be loaning yet another player that doesn't want to play for the manager?

i dnt think any of the players at the club want to play for hart.especially when they know he isnt her for very long.

It looks that way lets hope they can do the business though Webber has scored goals at this level and Quasie might be able to do the business.

They are hardly ambitious signings though.

The problems not the players its the uncertainty that surrounds the club.

                              Its a right old mess.

exactly.who would want to come to us knowing the current manager wont be here next season and the possibility that the next manager might not rate them and ship them out before they settle.any signings this month will all be loans im sure.
