I don't disagree, but we;ve had names In Dowie who got teams promoted, a potential in Sousa, an experience Italian coach in De Canio and a passionate Irishman in Magilton and we couldn't keep any of them for varying reasons !!!
DeCanio - experienced and used to working within the type of set up the board wanted. A big shame personal matters interfered. Selected by ?

Dowie - decent CV, and a record of getting Palace up from the CCC. An argumentative sod who managed to **** off Simon Jordan and the Charlton hierarchy within three months of each other. Never a hope of him not falling out with Flav and/or GP. Selected by GP

Sousa - inexperienced, but with a playing CV that could command players respect. Never going to work with players being brought in that he didn't want, and paid the price. Selected by Flav.

Magilton - no record of success as a manager, and no man management skills whatsoever. Scraping the bucket appointment, selected by GP, probably within budgetary constraints imposed by Flav.

Hart - good job at Forest, showed no particular interest in managing for years until the job was thrown at him at Forest. Ridiculous 6 month appointment, are the players going to listen to him? Selected by GP, within budgetary constraints imposed by Flav.

If it isn't obvious to Flav that he is spunking money and opportunity down the drain with this continual managerial merry go round, then he shouldn't be in charge of any business anywhere. And if he hasn't got teh money to do anything about it, he needs to get out while the going isn't as bad as it might be. Because this is all heading only one way, down the gurgler.

Give the guy a break nobody is going to work miracles overnight with the mish mash of a squad that we have.
i know but you'd think a new manager would freshen things up and get the players fighting for their place!

Still maintain, Magilton must have been so frustrated seeing his flying team of october, suddenly play with no confidence.

Problem with Hart is, the football on the floor and skilful play has evaporated and I can see that with him, that a draw at home will be considered a good result. That is not good...

At this rate, I', m wondering if he will actually last till the end of the season. That would be outrageous I know, but stranger things have happened.

no, I've not heard anything just for the record..
i hope hart doesnt last till sat,get rid & put ainsworth in charge. lets face it,he couldnt do any worse!

Peter, seriously. You ain't as daft as that statement makes you sound. Hart has a SIX MONTH contract, what's the point of a learning curve for him?

Yeah, well that's a problem isn't it? As Scott told us, they all signed up to new contract terms giving up match bonuses etc for a basic salary plus whacking bonuses if we got promoted.

Now if we fall out of the promotion running, where's the incentive to keep us out of relegation trouble? The way they've been let down by the people running the club, it wouldn't surprise me if there wasn't a downing of tools. It's not as if they'll be playing for the fans is it?

I don't see how this can be a surprise, we all knew harts record before he came here, I said 4 weeks ago he definately isn't the man for the job, I only thought they appoitned him as a stop gap manager, but its just sooo bad.

All the players and managers we have had can't have been crap! Which leaves the ever presents Flavio and Gianni one of them or both has to go!

                              The Answer.

Trust him, leave him alone.... and go sit on a yacht, Flav.

When you pop back, you'll see a 100% improvement.
                              FACT.
