    You tell me

I would also like to know who is at fault for magilton for losing his rag??
The person responsible for Magilton losing his rag is the person who gave him the opportunity to be considered for the manager's shortlist in the first place. Put a ticking time bomb under a seat somewhere. You might not know when it's going to go off, but you know that it will at some stage, and when it does it will do damage.

Who put Magilton on the shortlist for manager? Why is our club being run in a way that a couple of five year olds could make a better job of? Why is our club being ritually humiliated by the people running it?

    ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

So it was decided that he was the best caretaker? So why not come out and say it then. The powers that be need to start accounting for their actions, tell it how it is and get the fans back on side. What are they playing at? Have you ever seen a worse case of PR in your life? Ali Russell - Sack him. GP - sack him. Be ruthless and show the fans you mean business. heads need to roll now.

        I agree.

Still maintain, Magilton must have been so frustrated seeing his flying team of october, suddenly play with no confidence.

Problem with Hart is, the football on the floor and skilful play has evaporated and I can see that with him, that a draw at home will be considered a good result. That is not good...

At this rate, I', m wondering if he will actually last till the end of the season. That would be outrageous I know, but stranger things have happened.

no, I've not heard anything just for the record..

          Why in hindsight?
Many people thought Hart wasn't the man for the job when he was appointed.
I really don't understand why we are prepared to pay off our ex-managers - wouldn't it be cheaper to employ one good one?

that's not strange, that's just normal at qpr. we appoint someone crap, with no authority, no budget, no nothing then in surprise that he has been a totaly failure, sack him. But get this, rather than learning we do exactly the same all over again...

I really don't know the process. I do know he was the only one who wanted it for 6 months, and I'm guessing it was an incentive to show what he can do and if your ambitious and confident in yourself, than 6 months is enough time being a few points off, to show what you can do.

Think other managers were interested, but wanted long term as in 3 year contracts, who they were I don't know...A decision needed to be made quickly after Magiltongate, in hindsight they should have waited as we have not progressed.
Who would have thought, a manager wanting a contract longer than 20 weeks!

I don't disagree, but we;ve had names In Dowie who got teams promoted, a potential in Sousa, an experience Italian coach in De Canio and a passionate Irishman in Magilton and we couldn't keep any of them for varying reasons !!!

TBH, it's all very well criticising the board for not learning, yet there were still apparently the best part of 7000 who renewed STs after all last season's warning signs. It wasn't exactly a resounding vote of no confidence was it?

How many are going to fall for all the spin again next season?

Ched Evans misses a sitter and they score on the break. They had 2 chances, we had about 5 and Gorkss had a header knocked off the line.

A draw at half-time would have been fair, second half we were poor..[/QUOTE]

other then Gorkks of the line header our first shot was on 63 mins Fraulin turn & shot that just went over the bar, and for the record, i thought we were diabolical all through the game, the last 10 mins they started to play!!!

Gianni's managerial appointments Dowie, magilton and hart were dreadful decisions and they haven't performed- no surprise. Flavio's choices, Sousa and de canio, were decent appointments and both have gone on to be a success elsewhere. We need to get paladini out and appoint someone with a clue to run the club. Seriously ****ed off with the club at the moment.

Look, hart has been in the job for only a handful of games, the coaching staff left with magilton so he has had to start from scratch with no pre season and he was employed until a few weeks ago in a different division so he doesnt know the players and there isnt really anyone left at the club with any clue who could really tell him so he has a learning curve to go through.

Give the guy a break nobody is going to work miracles overnight with the mish mash of a squad that we have.
