Totally against De Canio returning, just a puppet for FB & GP to control.

No more Italian players or managers at this club please.

British Manager who doesn't like intefering ******s telling him how to do his job, give him a 3 year contract and let him get on with it.

If De Canio returns expect ST Sales to further fall as the fans are not stupid and we all know why the club want to bring him in.

I wondered who leaked the Curbs & De Canio story to the press???

Sounds like GP is testing the water to me to see if he can get away with appointing De Canio and thus safe guarding his job in the process.

From abroad I would still say I am fairyhappy when we get a win, regardless of who the manager in charge is.
But to be honest When De Canio, Sousa and even Magilton before he outed poor Connolly for being responible for our loss? I was ecstatic over the push MY CLUB did get in the right direction.
At the time being I am quite satiesfied with the way Hart is helping us to close our shop if I may so. But in the long run it is of vital importance that our IDENTITY as a club is regained. And As we all know: Our identity is very much connected to Fancy football with an end product put into it.

Really mate? Your wife, who I was chatting to the other day when I popped round to yours to keep her company in the caravan, was saying you are still as fit and active as a man of 92. Was saying those impotency pills are working a treat.

                            w12ranger and Nodge

I notice you didn't answer the question, just put up reasons why not.

Doubt he will return, but did take us from bottom and climbed up the table. Stats don't lie.

in all fairness, I think that was the last time most were happy and you could add last october in as well.

I would have De Canio Back any day... great football. Also about the defence, compare the players we had then to now and there lies the reason.

As I said to pete just now on the phone, I think De Canio returning would be a huge mistake. Poor English, inability to see the game out, uninspirational half time team talks (no, I didn't hear them but we were more often than not poor in ghe 2nd half) and worst of all, too pally with the men who pull the strings. This would lead to him being happy to abide by all decissions. Also, the fact he's adored by large sections would lead me to believe his return would be too comfortable. Nothing to prove therefore no need to impress. He has very little knowledge of the English league and their players and for that reason couldn't possibly know who the best signings are, que the DoF and we're right back to square one.

I am not in favour of this appointment. In fact, I'd be severely let down if this were to happen.
                                Your mum would love me...
