I think most of the anti-FB fans would be much happier if he left the team affairs to the manager. That's what is most annoying,

Most think he medals in everything so don't know who is doing what at the club.
If they appoint a very strong minded manager who we know wouldn't be messed with in terms of team affairs it might help his cause.

Happy with the backers financially but not happy with the impression that FB runs to many team affairs.

As for GP, I just don't know enough to say. Other than if he buys players then he needs sacking too. Can't keep buying half a dozen cheap players until we find one good one.

Do you not feel that any other manager is capable of fashioning and coaching a team of less well paid players that would easily survive in this division?

O'Driscoll at Doncaster, Parkes/Grayson at Blackpool, Irvine at Preston, Warnock at Palace, Magilton at Ipswich etc etc....all with less than 30% of the wages we pay...

Remember Paladini was at least partly responsible for bringing in the dross that will no doubt be resurrected here (Barker, Curtis, Rehman, Oliseh, Bolder etc) where a decent scouting network could have turned up better players at better prices.

Towards the end of the sheff wed video,Flav looks pretty animated.The guy with the sombrero cuddles Gianni,then as Flav goes over to him,he gets animated,almost like he's telling him to 'go away'.Thats my take on the vid anyway.
