QPR interest in 33 yr old SteveFinnan?

News of the World/Garry Ward - FINNAN HOPING FOR PORTSMOUTH RESCUE
FINNAN: Keen to move to QPR
    - STEVE FINNAN is praying to be rescued from his Portsmouth hell - with QPR keen to snap him up.
    - The former Ireland international wants out of Fratton Park as soon as possible and hopes former boss, Paul Hart, will pick him up in the bargain-basement January sales.
    - Finnan, 33, has told his advisors to shop around for a move and is prepared to drop down to the Championship to get regular first-team football as well as regular payments.
    - A source said: "Steve is deeply frustrated by the mess Portsmouth are in and wants away. He knows the club is going nowhere and he is keen to get his career back on track."
    - The former Liverpool defender only arrived at Fratton Park from Espanyol last July, signing a one-year deal. News of The World

would rather have him in the team than ramage, but that aint saying much tho cos a blind one legged donkey better than him.
this transfer window is gonna be such a joke what with the "potential" signings we are rumoured to be bringing in.

Can't be true, he's a full back. We don't do full backs. Apparently if you have a decent midfield it doesn't matter what the defence is like.... :waaaht:

If his legs aren't shot, wd be an absolutely cracking signing. Therefore, I don't believe it will happen..:tired:

For that very reason, he is actually a good player and would be agood signing it's ok though I'm sure we will get a really crap full back in on loan!
