  • The difference between then and now.

This is some film from QPR 1-0 Oldham in the old Division 2 Playoffs. Look at the passion from the QPR players "We are QPR" etc. Whereas now...well its nothing like that.

QPR vs Oldham play off semi final at Loftus Road,April 2003.It was the best atmosphere i experienced watching my beloved QPR!
My first game was boxing day 96 QPR 3-2 Norwich....yes we actually beat Norwich.

    Thanks for the reminder fella.

Actually brought a tear to my eye, remembering how passionate a club we were.

Ive said all along, i dont give a dam which division we are in, i just want my club back.

      filmed by Langley as well

players like Gallen Birch Daisy 5.hittu Gino all playing for the shirt

that actually still brings a tear to my eye :very_sad:

think a tape of that should be sent to Flav & Co to show them what the atmosphere can be like at HQ if marketed & priced properly

That video always brings a smile to my face! What an evening, back in the good old days. Sure we were skint and had the likes of Richard Paquette in the starting 11, but every single one of them played for the shirt and there was a genuine high level of morale unfortunately not seen at the club since Olly left!
Will change my user name to half full when QPR give me reason too...

If only we could get this level of passion back, ramage is the only player who plays with some passion at the moment. Rowlands does as well

Everytime i see that goal i get goosebumps. I lost my voice a bit that night. One of the best evenings of my life closely behind Hillsbrough.

                            Look around at those players.

                            Not one ego on show.
                            No long term contracts.
Not one player on £10,000 a week.
                            No loan players.
                            Players had blue hair.
The sound of the crowd is imense.
                            Youth players getting chances.
                            Season tickets....Cheap....
