Pellicori and Faurlin

The club would have ridiculed 3 months down the line if they had bought Ben Watson for example, or are you suggesting if we had signed him, he would have played better???

spending that kind of money over 3 years for faurlin should mean he plays......hart doesn't seem to want to...clearly best midfielder or potentially the best at the club......so should be playing regular 1st team....just imagine how good he will be next season.

Hart needs to be concentrating on the better players at the club...we know the sh!t ones already.

If we have terminated his contract early then we must have given him a pay off

As for Watson I would still sign him as class is permanent and form temporary

Pellicori, well we have only seen him in one game, however, he looked slow as anything.

Pete how is it that you dont know what the fee was for pellicori but you sem sure he will only have cost us 6 months wages

there is no way i can see that he is just going to tear up a 3 year contract and say sorry it didnt work out, i will shuffle off dont bother paying me anymore abd thanks for the experience. And if he has gone why no mention on the official site, surely he would get at least the "thanks and the club will be making no further statement" ******** that they normally post up. Also at the time of the transfer it was stated in the italian press that he was being sold to raise urgent funds as the club had cash problems so a free transfer is unlikely.

The pellicori transfer really does need proper examination by the club, as a supporter I am really angry that this transfer went through and the return the club have got from it, as an owner who is investing money I would be absolutely livid

As for Faurlin, he is a decent player,at this level, and promises to improve further with a proper run in the side at the time of transfer it was statedon the club website that the "deal was worth 3.5m" although there were plenty who wanted to spin this that the club had actually paid a transfer of 3.5m because they wanted to big up the clubs efforts.

I reckon we probably paid 1m or less as an initial transfer with performance and sell on clauses, but I am only guessing.

One of the big problems with pellicori and alberti is they have filled up squad numbers and the bench, denying others opportunity

Not defending the actions, but all clubs have players on the fringes, that don't work. I can understand the anger, but in regards to Alberti it seemed he had a boss in Sousa who rated him a little.

How can their be any compensation for a player if he goes to Italy for a fee??

Alberti to be fair has not really had a run in the first team and his goals to games ration for a winger is probably better than taraabt but it was clear he was never the 100 goal player he was hailed as when he arrived

Pellicori was no sort of striker that any truly ambitious championship side would sign having sold a player like blackstock there was something badly wrong about it

Trouble is you need probably need 2 and even 3 strikers of the same calibre, which Forest have.

Cousin will be good, but we need another. Last I heard Kitson deal could be back on, so here's hoping. I know he ain't going to Celtic anyway.

Simpson isn't our player though so unless we sign him , we need at least 3 strikers , 2 full backs and a left footed winger
