  • Lee Camp

He was quality at Rangers, now showing quality at Forest.
ONE of the biggest mistakes made was letting him go :very_sad:

Over rated, flapped a lot and short.

    Not missed.

Not one of our biggest mistakes by a long shot, handing Ray Wilkins a transfer budget was a massive mistake for example, not to too sure where Camp being sold fits in on your scale.

Lee Camp is no one compared to some of the players we've had at this club and the same applies to Blackstock.

      I never rated camp TBH

was great during his first stint but went downhill after his second

however we should of held onto him as a decent backup for cerny, the 4th choice keeper signing is laughable

Don't regret selling him either - he's ok but nowhere near as good as he believes.

When a player leaves the club I really do think it is best to monitor their career as opposed to their first 6-12 months.

Just look at some of the players we've signed who look like world beaters at first then fade away to nothing. The moment an ex player hits form fans typically react by saying we should have never have sold them.

I am of the opinion that we would have never let the likes of Blackstock, Camp & Delaney go if they were worth holding onto. Personally I was happy to see the back of all 3 of them as I didn't really rate any of them highly and it was the right decision to sell them IMO, the only problem is the person responsible for transfers forgot he had to replace them all.

goalies improve with age, camp was still young
i think he was worth keeping ( with dex)

cerny has been flapping since he fkuced up v leics ( when our poor form started)
cerny has made numerous stops but seems nervy, then the defenders feel it and they panic.

Equally as good as Cerny, if not better.

Another great decision by the board was selling Camp to Forest for next to nothing. He's a great keeper, will do well for Forest next year in the premiership.

Camp was still young and only getting better. Cerny is nearly 35 and will soon be retiring. Flavio's ego was bigger than Dex's and Camp's and got rif of them. Muppet!

Camp has a solid defence in front of him, thats the difference.

Saying that, Cerny has been great up to recently and I think he is the most nervous player and when confidence is low, it definitely shows with him

In my opinion we should make KasperScmichel an offer he cant refuse. Remember Notts County is a club he can make progress with.;D
