Sheffield Utd Ticket pick up

If I book my Sheffield Utd ticket over the phone does anyone know if I can only pick it up on Tuesday or do they allow collections on Saturday for non match day tickets?

Don't particularly fancy queuing up in this weather to collect a ticket but no sign of our postie today so I doubt we will see him for a few days if the snow is going to get worse.

Blimey technology passed me by at some stage though what if I wanted to buy a bronze or silver instead before they all sold out?

I bought mine today and went down, all they do is scan it for tuesday and hey presto, you use your season ticket card, my son has a normal match day ticket as he has moved seats near me from ellerslie road stand
if you pay over the phone they will charge you £3-50p admin fee
