I'd be happy with that. Shoot me down but anyone new to any job will make mistakes but most of us don't have 13000 watching every decision we make.

He needs time with the squad and time to make it his squad. I don't think he is the worst manager out there and neither is he the best but we've created a situation where the better managers don't want this job. Until we prove that we don't just hire and fire every 5 mins we will be left with the unfavoured managers.

Give Hart a chance to make mistakes and learn from them.

I am seriously behind him.

The reason is that we must have some stability within this club at least untill the summer.
As a person he do also come across as a honest "no nonsense" person.;D;D
