4. Allow that football man to do what Briatore has promised from the off - get promotion the 'right way'. That does not mean siging player after player; it means building the club up from the bottom. Stage 1 should have been to get the Academy status back and Stage 2 should have been to appoint the best in youth development. The thought that doing it properly means tarting up the corporate side for wanna be models turns my stomach and is so far away from 'doing it properly' that it makes me sick....

Thats pretty much the problem in a nutshell. What's known in political parlance as top-down government, as opposed to bottom-up government. The latter always succeeds; the former always fails.

35 years of going to loftus road.....bowles,bob hazell ,peter hucker ,gerry francis,chris woods,glenn roeder,simon stainrod,john burridge, could go on....it kills me not being there every week and it hurts more to see whats going on down at the bush these days..We are being used as a plaything and have in my opinion not kicked on.I have many friends a nd family who still go and i can tell you that they are shocked at the lack of investment on the pitch...I think mittall will get more involved and may even take over but he was just waiting to see the outcome of flavs court case...
