They signed Lous Saha for over 2 million in 2000 when they were in the same league as us. He scored 27 goals and got them up.

Where do you get your 'facts' from?

the big signing like Saha are just being highlighted for convenience

Boa Morte was first loaned than bought and someone like Horsfield cost around £250,000, are just examples.

They had dud buys too like Kevin Betsy, Callum Willock and ELvis Hammond

            Pete

Based on your education in maths

Vine+Ageymang+Hall+Ramage+Helguson = £50k a week (though in truth I bet its closer to £100k a week, but lets say its 50k a week for the basis of your mathematical model).

We get these 5 players of the wage bill and we can afford £30k a week Kitson + 1 No. LB + 1No. RB = A lovely balanced team.

We have Buzsaky, Faurlin, Legiertwood & Eprhiam all capable of playing centre midfield....with Mahon due back from injury.

We have Taarabt, Simpson, Balanta, & German who can play up front.

In a ideal world we would offload Vine+Ageymang+Hall+Ramage+Helguson to free up some space on our wage bill but someone put them on long term contracts of more than double their market worth. Unbelievably the biggest asset we have out of these 5 players is also the biggest crock, Vine & Ageymang have already refused to go out on loan this season according to various reports and no one is going to touch Hall & Ramage above League 1.

The issue is not our turnover it is offloading some of the higly paid dross at the club.

Classic GT. I've now asked twice on this thread for Pete to explain what QPR's strategy is. Its a simple question. So far there has been no answer. If its not to spend the money even Pete knows is required or to let the manager bring on young talent over a few years, what is it? I'm sure Flav has a brilliant strategy up in his monogrammed sleeve but it wd be nice if someone cd share it with us simpler souls...

Pete has gotten lost in his own point, we are a laughing stock and quite rightly so!

Our club is being turned into a joke and the embarassment I feel only get worse day by day when another "joke" signing or sacking is made.

Who ever at the club gives people info on this site to forward on should be ashamed of themselves.

Messageboards are for fans to discuss what they heard - yes, however I believe a messageboard should not be used as a platform for information to come out of the club itself.

But this insidious method to attempt to get fans to tow a party line is disgraceful, I think more than any signing most fans would like the club "source" to STFU and stop this nonsence.

I wish my club could be run professionally, I am so fed up with this crap!

We have had a lot of players in some bad some good.

We have better players for our £500 than we had before fact..

Things could be done better by the board for sure but the fans could also play their part why pay £500 and not support the team just moan and boo if Flavio and co walked out tomorrow and left qpr back in the poo I can't say i would blame them.

Even our Captain is fed up with our fans but still it's his fault or GP's fault or Flavio's. Look in the mirror people our fans have become so greedy and bitter that our club is loosing it's sole and yes Flavio saying champions leauge in 4 years did not help but we are grown men open your eyes the only way forward is together i fear it will be to late by the time most work this out.
