Quaz, if you think negative of Quashie from your own experiences of watching him play for QPR, may I suggest that you have little knowledge of how to play the game of football.

Well, as underwhelming signings go, and boy, QPR are second to none when it comes to signing players that leaves fans cold, this really is a humdinger.
I wonder who's next? The excitement's almost too hard to keep me awake.

and if you think he is the same player as was with us....you are deluded......
Old school QPR, i agree, however, Quaz did suggest he had made up his opinion based upon seeing him play for QPR. Obviously there is a separate argument to be had as to whether he maintains the quality I know he once had.

i know in the day he was good....if he manages to measure up to that then fair enough...but older legs and past injuries and the fact he was on loan at MK suggests not otherwise another CCC team would have snapped him up.

Ok, so we agree he was once good. Wasn't he at Wolves and West Brom in past couple of seasons also? Honestly haven't seen him play of late, however, do know he has passion and a passion for QPR (something which many people are moaning about as of late).
Would obviously want us to sign a good tall striker also as Quashie has good cross on him and the combination of him and a proven striker would certainly not be a negative.

agree with the striker and the jury will be out on Quashie til he has pulled on the shirt.
Hold on, I thought we weren't allowed to name names before it was on the Official site due to the constant monitoring of this site by other clubs looking to hijack our deals.... or is that the point?
As far as I'm concerned Quashie has had his day, why else be playing in League 1. He may be passionate about the club but if that is the criteria then I think I would rather have Ainsworth back.
If this is the extent of our ambition then I have serious concerns, however, if he is wearing the hoops I will give him a chance.
He played some blinding games for us, I especially remember a game against west brom about a week after Princess Diana died, I think he scored both goals on a 2-0 win and the second was an absolute scorcher
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks
