One statement sums up what I think of Hart so far.
A coach doing a managers job.
Judging by the post match interviews he seems petrified to say it like it really is. He is too worried about upsetting the players in the team. In my opinion you never get anywhere when the players are bigger than the manager.
For me its a similar situation to when McLaren took over the England team, he did not have enough about him to command the respect of the players and they took the proverbial. I can already see this with Hart.
I know a couple of people who have played under Hart and they have both said he is a top bloke and great coach but not a disciplinarian. With our bunch of ****y wannabe players I feel we need a disciplinarian with proven success to really gain their respect.
