    Paddy off?

Just found this on a football transfer rumours site.....

"Patrick Agyemang asking for a move away from QPR. His boyhood club are apparently in talks with his agent. The club is Yeovil town. information from a top football agent"

Seems a bit far fetched to me. Any truth in it?

Yeovil couldn't afford his wages, unless he took a HUGE cut.

    So I doubt it.

      His boyhood club???

Agyemang is from South London - I'd assume he's either Arsenal or Wimbledon.

Yeovil? Not sure he'd make it into their first team these days.

What about Palarse. Good wage structure there.

                Nodge Arsenal is North London.
I know you have more info about Spurs then anyone I know but you do share it with Watford, Barnet and arsenal.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

But historically Arsenal are a south london club. The first 27 years of their existence they played at Woolwich. But I do think Nodge didn't actually mean to call them a South London club.

No way Yeovil will afford his wages.

Almost every south London black kid is a Gooner. Legacy of Ian Wright's days at the club.

And yes, Arsenal are very much a south London club. Woolwich Wanderers

Even before Ian Wright they had a lot of support down there, probably a legacy of when they were in Woolwich. I remember going to Charlton in the 70's for a friendly and there were loads of Charlton/Arsenal there.

I doubt there's any truth in the rumour, but fingers crossed, eh?
