Its all to do with Chris Wright, Ray Hocking, BDO and Blackburn.
When we came out of admin we were effectively bought out by Wright's henchmen who again were looking for investment.
From there in it gets nasty and litigous so I won't delve further save to say it was a total stitch up.
Still, I'm sure we retained the percentage on Twyford. Oh wait...
But, the directors and Board's performance since the Zanotti/Caliendo take over has been at best shambolic costing the business millions of pounds. There's only been the one constant in that time and surely, as an employee of the club and the shareholders, there needs to be a level of accountability.Last edited by Guest; 01-01-2010, 11:43 PM.

Why did he get involved and take on all the debt?
No business plan, no personal finances, stopping agms, lying to shareholders, the padula deal.
Who would let this man run their business or website?
ps. The previous owners couldnt get rid of the club quick enough.

Yet, everything goes quiet when thats mentioned.. Must be the only club in football history that goes into administration and comes out with a debt, don't think that happens to many clubs. Always thought the debt gets written off when administration happens, but could be wrong
Whilst I agree Gianni's Administration has been uttelry hamstrung by Chris Wrong and his merry crew (remember even BP referring to QPR as the Poisoned Chalice), I have always been perturbed by the fact that the debt increased massively year on year on year. Budgets were set at the beginning of each season and shot within two months because Olly (a Legend by the way...) kept asking Gianni for more money for more players and Gianni gave it to him.
Utter, utter madness, when we didn't have a pot to pee in. Yes, I am fully aware that we would never have 'progressed' by sticking to those low budgets, but unlike some, I have always maintained that it is better to have a QPR to support whatever level they're at (and I for one would) than none at all. When Flabio and the Mittals get bored, what's our debt? How on earth will that be paid back?
No, GP is not the sole reason, but you have to admit that his running of the financial side of the club has been nothing short of shambolic when he was in charge and the contracts thrown about to mediocre players is, frankly, embarrassing.
He has time to turn it around; I am sure that there is a role somewhere in the club for him, but he should be a million miles away from anything to do with money, public / press relations, player recruitment and contract dealings.
