More chance of signing Sylvia Cyrstal, Chris Eubanks and Blake 7....
As for Kitson, he is a class act, not only proven at this level, but also banged in plenty for Reading in the prem when they first went up. HE has a n eye for goal, great workrate and is a team player..... perfect for the team / squad and would compliment Simpson with his flicks and Simpsons pace behind....
How likely is this to actually happen though... can't see our owners spending big.
love the other midfielder to come, that will really shut them up
Most fans would be happy with a Kitson/Simpson partnership, sure to score goals. You'll get the odd one find a negative slant, but all in all, its very positive which is what this club needs
Hold up sausage-chops, we aint bought/loaned him yet so how can you say "eghamhoop many more, but they ain't posting. Its all gone a bit quiet. love the other midfielder to come, that will really shut them up"?
Firstly I believe the majority of our fans would welcome Kitson - purchased or loaned - but until that happens, why are you acting all smug? Also, according to you and your loyal subjects, if the name is announced before they sign then the deal could get scuppered as all the other clubs in the world 'might' read this site!? All very odd.
Stoke will only sell him, and there will be plenty of takers
If the board pay out the money required to buy and pay him, it'll be a signal of a change in policy, and would only make sense if they are prepared to buy to fill the other gaps in the squad.
I'd be amazed if we buy him, but obviously very pleasantly surprised. I'm not expecting to see him signed.

heskey didnt score too many but owen scored loads when they played together
i supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front
