Saw an interview with him years ago and he was driving around in an old escort as he didn't believe in needing to buy a BMW as his car worked perfectly fine. Always makes sure his family is well supported and doesn't buy into the WAGS, jewellery or other modern day footballer nonsense. I've read interviews with him as well as heard from people who've met him and they say he is a top bloke who works hard and wants to succeed. Spurs fan if memory serves me right.

About half an hour ago he seemed tb in the bath, now there are suggestions he's towled himself down, dressed, blow dried his ginger locks and gone back on the coach to Stoke after Pete made a point of lowering the very expectations he had just raised.
