Because at the age of 36 I passed Sherperds Bush for the first time by mistake and lost my way down a road called South Africa Road, and I thought this is a team I should start supporting.

Seriously, no real reason apart from being a glory hunter in 75/76 season after seeing a team called Queens Park Rangers keep winning. Hooked ever since, though lived right opposite WEST HAM for 3 years before moving to Roehampton in 1979

Roehampton what a sh it hole.
Moving from there to Chelsea, my word you have come a long way.
My dad was born in hammersmith his dad was a brentford fan but my dad wanted to watch decent football so always went to QPR. He took me from the age of 7 and I have alwas worn the strip. Only player in the teams I played in. Most youngsters were Man u.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Born at the Central Middlesx in Park Royal in 1964 and taken to my first QPR match in 1969 though dont remember it all but whole family were Rangers and being raised in Harlesden all the other kids at school were as well.

Spent seven long years in Barnet and was about the only QPR fan at the time there but still continued going and it has been in my blood ever since and I know it always will be.

Given the laughing stock that this club has become, I've been asking myself the same question of late. Answer - because it's like a Circus, but without the cruelty to animals and midgets.

Real answer - Father's family from Latimer Rd and was taken to LR as a child in the early 70s. I've followed rangers ever since through thin and thin.
