set for this year that the board, manager and players are aiming for because it seems to have gone out the window, truth is when it get's bad like this it's hard to return back.

Something has gone wrong within the last 2 months and I feel the club need to pull together and show their support, maybe show they really care as that might help bring back a few players from where they are now, gring back that belief.

Everyone is distant from everyone and no one has a clue anymore.
