What you need at every business is good visible leadership, not a single voice from the board has spoken of late where are they because at the moment we are a rudderless ship and going nowhere.

That's a big problem. The board never speak which gives the fans no hope and optimism. They are so quiet and disconnected from the fans.

The only people that get the flack are the players! The board need to take some heat off the players because they can't take the pressure.
