PLAYERS GIVEN ABUSE
I was in one of the corp boxes today.
There were 10 others Rangers on there-I only knew 2 of them.
When the stadium had emptied the hoops trotted out for their warm down.
One Rangers fan of over 40 years support started abusing the players in a big way.
He was shouting how passionless and guttless they are and how they should fight with pride everytime they put on a rangers shirt.
All this is probably how a lot of you feel.
As he continued with this tyrade the players moved further away down the pitch to warm down(laughable phrase for them really).
He then started acussing them of running away like the bunch pussies they all are. I mean he was really laying into them. A few looked up but none of them said anything back.
Then Watson came in for treatment and I mean what was said to him will make some of you on here cheer some of you cringe-I doubt he will ever want to wear a Rangers shirt again.
Things then got very abusive especially towards Watson who in the end made the ****** sign to this guy.
After about 5 minutes of this contiued barrage of abuse stewards came in and shut the door.
For me, yes I would love to let the players know how I feel but in a different way although I doubt it would make any difference. I would love to ask them why is this happening , why cant you pass, whats going on etc....
This for me was a real low point in 40 odd years of following the hoops.
Theres a real sickness flowing through the place and I for one am feeling quite despondant.
Other things I was told but know of no substance to these were
Watson off to Cardiff in Jan
Mittalls distancing themselves from the club-whatever thst means
Huge turnover of staff a loftus road on the admin/office side of things with morale at an all time low
Oh happy days!
