  • Jay Simpson the new ferds?

the guy has exceptional talent no doubt about it

    a natural goal poacher

can he go on to reach the dizzying heights of sir les?

by the way this was a GP signing:boss:

I really rate simpson, does alot of work off the ball without seeing to many touches, but 9 goals is a terrific return, feared the worse when he started on the wing to games running but they seem to have come to there senses, abit worrie tho the club being so unstable is going to scare off simpson tarrabt watson and co from joining, and if that happens i doubt any1 would want to come to qpr

i wouldnt go above 4 million....... but i do really rate him, i very much doubt the board would pay 3 mill for him and 3 mill for tarrabt and still improve the team in jan....

But im purely speculating so i hope im wrong

          this what i heard

if raheem can be persauded to go the other way simpson will be coming to us

dont read what the papers says to u, jay loves the club and wants to sign

adel and buzz are a different matter..........

the one who is most likely to go is the white pele

i totally agree, i dont think buz will be here next season, im sure his contract is up at the end of the season anyway, would love to see tarrabt stay... think tarrabt would excel in the role buzsacky started in on saturday

Not a patch on ferdinand, but he is a great goal scorer and what we need....should def try to buy him in Jan.

Ferdinand was different class to most, not just Jay. Strong as anyone around and won 90% of his headers by dominating markers, on top of the pace and finishing Jay does have.

He doesn't have the same aerial presence, but I would say he's a better finisher.

I remember some days when Les missed one on ones as badly as Routledge does.
We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are...

Not fit to lace Sir Les's boots, and he's not ours.

You'd do well to ignore 99% of the little scraps off the table you're given...
QBP 20th August 2009..."To be fair, I'm glad we are top of the table (for agents fees). Shows we are not a selling club anymore."

Jay Simpson was offered to QPR we never went in for him, his agent approached us and we said we would be interested and why wouldn't we be when you consider he wasn't going to cost us a fee.
