We need motivators and 100% blokes -- both would offer far more in this respect than anything we have seen this season.
I watched Ainsworth pre-season and for the reserves at the end of last season -- when he OUTRAN 17 and 18 year old players -- hardly any fitness issue there, then.
And we really need someone to a) gee the others up and b) bridge the yawning chasm between the players and the fans.
