I would say that most of our players would not be good enough for the Prem -- doesn't mean they can't get us there.
The teams who get promotion and aren't ruthless enough to cull the majority of their squad are always bound to struggle and likely to come straight back down.
Promotion squads are rarely suited to survival in the division above -- so Williams wouldn't be an exception.
