I guess if he were to sign we would continue to play two in front of the defence and give freedom to those around them. Very similar style that Scolari plays his teams and the way that the Dutch operate. 4 defenders, Legs and Brown, 2 wide man, an attacking mid and a goal scorer. If we were to sign Smith as well then I think he would sit behind someone like Simpson. Routledge, Buzsaky or Taraabt out wide.
