  • Paul Hart Good Tactics

    Well done Paul Hart...

You do know what you are doing,

Bristol make 3 attacking subs and put play with about 4 -5 forwards so rather that do nothing and allow them to bull dose the ball into our net.

We make defensive changes, stop bristol from scoring again..

    Well done Paul ......

Yep and there was allways the chance we could have broken and scored a 3rd when they over comitted.

Wasnt the most popular move but we have the 3 points.

Some of our fans are a disgrace.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

good points, and i do agree. but you have to admit going that defensive at home is not right.

even with the subs he made it didnt make any difference, they still kept attacking and whenever we got the ball back, we hoofed it clear, straight back to them, and another attack.

with a few more players left to attack we might have been able to keep hold of it for a bit longer.

We have lost a lead so many times this year, why try and score a 3rd and leave yourself exposed at the back.

              Spot on Judo.

I know we were desperate for the three points, and I am really chuffed we won, but we just kept on inviting pressure by given the ball straight back to them, as we had no real outlet. Attack is sometimes the best form of defence.

On another day we could easily have drawn that game - but booing a win is ridiculous.

It has been proven numerous times this year that we cannot defend a winning league by attacking.

im not saying we go and score a 3rd. but at least give it a try. sitting back does not work.

as i have said before, remember what happened under gigi? we let in countless goals by doing exactly that.

sitting back, then clearing, then invites more pressure. if we actually tried to get a few (not all) the players out into the other half of the pitch we might actually have a opportunity to score.

It seems to have worked today!......Give the guy the credit for the win and wait until he messes up before doing what QPR fans nowadays seem to revel in.

i wish i could give credit, but that substitution is not what you should see from a manager at home.

i will give him a chance, like i do everybody, but i am just stating how i feel at this time.

I think it matters not if you are home or away. We are low on confidence, and imagine the morale if we'd let in another late goal. Remember also, Buzz has hardly played so would have been tired, and Simpson is an attacking winger. I thought the subs were actually pretty inventive.

We won, Hart got it right and people should get over it!

Spot on and we got 3 points. He did what was needed and we broke and nearly/should have got a third on several occasions. If Dave was a decent footballer we would have got it, instead he did his usual and danced over the ball to slow it up and then get muscled off it.
