1. Disgraceful way we treated Sousa - a decision we are already living to regret.
2. Still persisting with an unqualified ex agent as a director of football despite them clearly being unbelieveably out of his depth.
3. The contempt felt towards us within footballing circles due to said Director of Football's antics.
