oh dear, another 3 years of watching mikele taking 7 touches to trap the ball and then playing it into the crowd/opposition player.

Urgh, I hope this isn't true. He is okay at RB I suppose but in CM? No. Far too inconsistant.

And this my friends is why the Premiership will always remain a distant dream. A new contract is meant to reward someone. So we are rewarding a professional footballer who can't control a ball, has a terrible first touch and can only pass a ball to the opposition. A shocking move if true by the club. Can't we bring in some proper centre midfielders who can do things like control a ball and pass a ball.

On a side note, which inept fool at the club has decided to offer him this contract?????

It cannot have been Hart because he has been here for one game and there is no way he would offer such big contracts after just one game!

The club just stinks at the moment!

I bet Leigerwood's agent is happy!

What a way to ruin my day!
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

this decision is yet another example of how the Borad have no real idea of what they are doing.

He is far too inconsistant to be a useful midfielder and to pay him £10k+ each week is a joke and is why our ticket prices need to remain so high.

Not the best move this club could have made.

The only reason I can see any logic to this is that he is out of contract and they don't want him to leave for free, apart from, that it's pure madness. Very limited footballer and far too inconsistent.
