Me neither. Total opposite to how i was feeling a month ago when we were the 'Arsenal of the championship'. Two positive thoughts ahead of the match:
1) Surely our winless run can't go on much longer, i think we'd be close to breaking club records if we don't win one of the matches over christmas.
2) We have a good record at home against Bristol City in recent years, hopefully that continues saturday.
Finding it very hard to summon up enthusiasm -- usually I can't wait for the football on Boxing Day but this year I'd find turkey leftovers more appealing.
Sense the same in the kids as well.
We will all be there, though, hoping for the team to show something more than they have been.
But if Hall is announced as playing...oh dear.
someone remind me of what team we support, if we went to QPR for quality football and the feel good factor we would have stopped going years ago, for f&*k sake get a grip

That's the thing isn't it - we were all buzzing then because things were going well and we were winning games - like most teams in this division we then hit a bad patch and have slipped up - and it's like we are all mourning the death of a close relative!
How did the fans of other teams react to their poor spells? I doubt they were quite as OTT as we have been.
OK - I'm not buzzing about Saturday and let's face it Boxing day games are usually a great big bore, but I believe we will win and start to see the influence of the new manager - by the Spring everyone will be impressed with the progress, the style of football and our push for promotion.............it will happen but you just have to hang in there and start believing :boss:

It's not the results or even the quality of football.
And feel-good factor is something we only really experience once in a blue moon at LR -- we accept that.
I've been watching the R's for over 40 years, quite a lot of it sub-standard and frustrating, but it's very rare for me to feel SO unenthusiastic.
If I try to put my finger on why, I think it's the turnover of managers and the attitude of some (not all) of the players both on and off the pitch.
I was buzzing as I planned this Christmas trip to London several months ago,
but with the recent Magilton farce and the underwhelming appointment of Hart... :(
