disagree with legs, he is a good squad utility player, Borrowdale is fine as left back cover, and I would keep Helguson or Pat as a substitute! Also Rose is young and should be given a chance!

So you honestly think we will improve as a club if he stays at the club?

Watch him closely. Look at his forst touch, his distribution and awareness. All very poor.

Borrowdale watch him as well. Everytime the right winger gets the ball, he just turns his back to them and they get a cross in and we're in danger.

Rose can't even get on the bench. Enough said.

Agymang. Where does one start? He is a 6'3 striker who can't jump and let alone can win a header. He makes no attempt.

Helguson. We cannot move forward if he stays at the club. He has had more than enough chances and just doesn't take them.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

        12. Steven Reid
wouldn't argue with that lot and would add lee cook to it nowhere near the player before he went Fulham even before his latest injury
Gerry Francis the greatest all round player to come from these shores:super_man:

Dave, totally agree with you on Leigertwood. Not good enough as right back, midfielder or captain. Reid's not been given a chance, bit worried about his injuries though. Helguson should be kept on 'till the end of the season. Besides Simpson Heidar is our best striker. We're not gonna bring in many top quality strikers in january, and he's better than Agyemang, Pellicori and Vine.

          Should bring in:
Tom Heaton, new right back, new centre half(Gorkss is superb and Connolly's got potential, the rest can leave), new left back(Bale would be great), new holding midfielder and 2 strikers. Just 7 players then

Problem is, in any workplace if your manager changes 8 times, you quickly lose respect for everyone in authority. I'd wait to the summer, get a long term manager in and start again, maybe go down to the bare bones, sell and make some money on the current players and build again, as its not working.

Make money on the current players? Who will pay a fee and the wages we pay on the ones that need to go?

Some will go cheap, but I would have to tell them to guarantee first team, might be better go elsewhere

Fitz Hall - Always seems liable to give away freekicks at the edge of the box or penalty's.Started off okay this season then deteriated.

Rowan Vine - Never really rated him much before the injury. Now he looks really poor.

Patrick Agyemang - Just poor overall.

Alessandro Pellicori - English game is way to quick for him.Needs to play in Italy.

Ben Watson - Will keep if gonna cost £1m,but not been impressed with him.If over £1m then send him back.

Matteo Alberti - Not gonna play so is surplus.

Steven Reid - Seems pointless being here.

Adel Taarabt - Needs to play for the team not himself.Would rather get George Boyd or Nickey Bailey in instead if possible.

Think i would keep the rest as we need cover.

Can we all agree that there is one person who has been at the club when ALL of the players mentioned were signed? That person, by nature of their position is implicit in their signings - if not directly responsible for them.
And I will say this - IF HE IS NOT INVOLVED IN SOME WAY, SHAPE OR FORM JUST WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A SPORTING DIRECTOR?!?!?!?!

                      Now - my point.

Why, for the love of sweet baby jesus, do you think that we will suddenly be able to ditch 12 or so players and the "chooser" of these players be able to replace them with vastly superior ones? Would you even begin to trust that person to think about doing so with their strike rate over 4 or 5 years?!?!

Take away Adel and Simpson from high flying Prem clubs on loan and Faurlin and there's not much else to inspire is there?
A bunch of crocks, rocks and blokes who've been around the blocks.

So before we start root and branch surgery can we not please start at the branches - go top down and we may have a chance.

Maybe the money-men will realise this one day.

I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.
