Morris - on the two that i disagree with you are Stewart and HH

HH at his time here didnt seem to fit in and what with his injury problems - would be a player i wouldnt want to stay.

Stewart - (only my opinion) just seems to have gone downhill - at best sometimes looks like a Sunday morning player.

Nice to have a sensible debate ......

Id get rid of HH if we bought in another 2 strikers, but with Aggy and Pelocori going we would be very light.

As for Stewart, similar situation, we would have to bring someone else in before we could let him go.

In an ideal world we need better players than HH and DS.

Morris - exactly my point and hammersmith i think...in an ideal world - if we could get rid of the players we don't think make the grade....but all could be replaced - but with realistic targets...

I don't mean --- Pat out - Rooney in or Stewart out - Vidic in...

More like - Stewart out Killgallon in or pat and HH and pelican brief out

          but beckford/jackson/ etc in....

Players mentioned were just an example and not an opinion of Spencer...

similar to above, we need better before we release either hall or stewaty (one can go before tho)

vine and agyemang need to be replaced out of any of the strikers id have helguson as my "backup".

add watson to that list - been utterly disappointed with him. not worth the price tag 1mil at most
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
            Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

Wouldn't get rid of Borrowdale unless another LB comes in , he's proved adequate this season.

Personally look to get shot of Hall, Vine, Pellicori, Alberti, Cook and Buzsaky. All high earners who have contributed nothing (admittedly for 2 of them through no fault of their own - but no sentiment allowed here) and who are on high wages that could be better utilised elsewhere.

Totally agree with you. I watched him closely on Saturday and everytime he got the ball, he immediately stopped the attack by being his usual greedy self. He has the quality, he does not need to be ****** greedy. Look at the frustration of the other players when they find good positions in the box and he shoots. If it was my choice he would only be an impact player. Someone needs to get hold of him and tell him to pass.

If im being slightly picky....for me adequate is not good enough.I would want back up to be above adequate.Thats not me being funny - its just when we bring in our squad players - adequate for me is not good enough- if you want to be promotion contenders.Yes Borrowdale may be adequate, but i would like our team to be a team where even the back up left back, was sought after from other clubs. If this makes no sense..i blame last nights alcohol

Adequate at what though? Turning his back on advancing forwards to let them get crosses in? Sorry straight out the door - div 1 player at best...

Cook - we need to see what player is coming back from injury...

Buz - second highest scorer - no way should he be replaced unless someone who can score is inbound.

Agyemang should be the very first one out of the door..

But at the end of the day who is going to take them on and why would they leave given they won't get the contract/wages elsewhere?

I agree with some of the names being discussed but you have to have replacements lined up. So if we get rid of the likes of Stewart and Hall who do we have to play in defence especially with Connolly out injured?

What we should be doing is lining up swap + money deals. For instance give Sheffield United £500k and Fitz Hall for Kilgallon. Or Helguson + £500k for Leon Best. That way we get rid of players and bring in better players at a lower price.

sirpieflinger(lol) i think that's the point...if we could ship the "average "players out - but replace with players, realistic targerts, lock stock and barrel.

No point getting rid of Borrowdale - unless replaced with a better left back squad player.Let's say....we think Williams is a better left back...then keep him as the back up but bring in a better left back than Willaims for the number 1 slot.

The million dollar question is keeping them all happy. If we replaced all on that list with better players in all positions, we would hope to then have team capable of a realistic chance of promotion. Then players like...Williams i assume would settle for being back up squad player and it wouldn't then affect our team too much when we had injuries ...suspensions etc....

It's keeping the squad players happy and having an all round balanced squad.

An experienced keeper like cerny, but a good young back up with Heaton.

Only problem is....it's unlikely that we will be able to offload all these playes and even if we could, then getting the right players in....However - that's not our job...it's what the manager gets paid for....We can just sit on our computers and make outragious statements and then go away an moan at the manager and his selections.

They all had their chances for a very long time now and whilst having the odd good game too many of them have been inconsistent and poor and it would be in the interest of the club if they moved on to pastures new. I wonder how some of them became professional footballers but that's another argument. These group of players have shown us the highest they can get us is mid table which is not good enough for us.

Not one of them would I want in the trenches with me. Most of them a bunch of fairies who prefer larging it up in the clubs of the West End on a Saturday night.
I'd keep Stewart and Borrowdale for now but totally agree with the rest....they just ain't cutting it!

                                1. Peter Ramage - Agree i dont think he is good enough
                                2. Damion Stewart - ARE YOU HAVING A LAUGH......
                                3. Fitz Hall - JESUS CANT STAND HIM
                                4. Mikele Leigterwood - NOW YOU REALLY ARE HAVING A JOKE... THE BEST RIGHT BACK IN THE LEAGUE BY A COUNTRY MILE.... STRONG, Gets Stuck in, LEADER OF MEN... THE LEADER OF THE 5 YARD PASS.. if all you wanna see is long balls then LEGS is not your man...

                                5. Rowan Vine - FORM hasnt helpped him, he was out for a long time its gonna take a long time to get back up to speed. loan him out for a bit maybe.

                                6. Heidar Helgusson - GOOD DECISION YOU MUST HAVE SEEN HIM PLAY 4 or 5 games. well done i see you dont make snap decisons... Scores plenty for Watford cant be that bad.
                                7. Patrick Agymang - I agree never really does anything loads of trying no end product
                                8. Alesandro Pelicori - If he took the hand brake off when he runs that would be a start
                                9. Matteo Alberti - Never broken into the first team since he was brought
                                10. Romone Rose - Never seen him play - he must play in all the games that i havent been to this season.. i have missed 3 games,
                                11. Gary Borrowdale - Solid defensive left back, why do you wanna get rid of him...
                                12. Steven Reid - Played 1 game after being injured for a long time... I sure thats not another one of your snap judgements.. You must have seen 1 of the best midfielders in the premier league play a lot of games for you to make such a snap judgement.

                                FITZ hall is BAD
                                Yep...but not 100 % sure about Ramage..could be a good backup player.
