Though Paul hart says he has no targets, do you think he has been told to get us into the play offs, therefore securing his services for next year?? If he fails, then its bye bye??

I would imagine they have come in on deal of no wages but say £1m if they get us up.

all it has done by appointing these two on a temp contract is create more instability. If the Curbs rumours are true then we might as well of appointed ainsworth as manager til the end of the season.

Mind you, to survive til the end of the season will be a top achievement

they have been told they have until the end of the season which is fair expectation setting.

They know that if we fail to make play offs they will go.

They know that if they make play offs and just miss out they are likely to go.

They know that if we go up they are likely to go.

They probably assume that if they create the best team in the division and win automatic - they may be given a few months in the Prem.

They will have targets. 1. Play Offs, going up, keeping the club stable until they can be replaced

They will earn more the higher we finish. This is the only way they will be incentivised to finish higher knowing its unlikely they will be kept on after May 2010.
