3) Realistic Budget Jack Diddly....as we've slipped down i doubt the board will pay for anything but freebies

1) 1st Choice Manager, and Why? Stuart Pearce on a long term contract to build he's side and also a QPR fan.

2) Captain and Why? This needs to be sorted out asap, needs to be someone who others respect and has a good name, someone who has bottle.

3) Realistic Budget? 1-2m at the most and wouldn't suprise to see a few free's.

4) Players you would sign who you think would get us promoted? We need 4 to 5 players to really make it happen, don't just buy players unless they are better.

No mate , honestly think he's going to be one very good coach. I know people want experience but he really is a good young coach.
