thought Tommy was alright today , however the style of football he plays, getting down the byeline and whipping in decent ball is crying out for a "fox in the box" to benefit from it. Paddy is a snail in his trail at this level

I think he should be given a go at left midfield. His crossing was excellent and that is his strength. He plays too many long balls out of defence for my liking though, and that disrupts pattern of play much more than Borrowdale, who I think would work well behind him. It was also better today (not that Simpson is a left midfielder) as Adel never tracks back and leaves any poor left back stranded and with two men a lot, making it almost impossible to close one down as the ball would be slipped to the other player.

Williams started shakily and almost gave a goal away with an awful pass, but after that he played really well and fair play to him. I say stick him left midfield until Cook's fully fit, Borrowdale behind him and we might see some goals from that side of the field.

                  Well done Mr Williams

                    Yes, but at which end??
(I know you like Bollardale, only messing!)

                    Seriously pleased for Tommy yesterday.
He was labelled a failure and slagged off a lot by, purely based on his display at Donny... when he was one of ten players who had a shocker that day.

Link him up with Aaron McClean again, give him a target to hit with his crosses and overlaps, and we would score goals.
I thought he was MOM yesterday.
