i just cant accept those as reasons for why a company let alone a football club wouldnt sack JM out right if he did nut buzsaky.

players may back buzsaky but if that was the case surely that would push even more closer for mags sacking. - why should QPR "help" the credibility of a man who has supposedly headbutted a player.

i am willing to have my mind changed about buzsaky but this whole episode has left a sour taste in my mouth. i cant see why qpr havent sacked magilton unless magilton hasnt nutted him..

& i do agree QPR have done the right things. however my issue is who is to blame

buzsaky or magilton - and to me magilton has not headbutted him

Either way, something similar that was dealt with professionally at Stoke has been turned into a shambles at QPR... Fact.

If they think Jim made them work hard then they'll have another thing coming with Hart!

Will they have the Hart to go on?

Not sure it was the whole squad, maybe a couple is all that is needed.

The problem I guess is the anger management problem, its okay giving it to the players from time to time, maybe he done it too much. If the team are playing good and results are good, confidence is high. The problem for any manager when you have seen the team play well, you cannot understand why the following couple of games, they are underperforming for no apparant reason

Differences with the Stoke and QPR one is that Pulis has lifted Stoke from mid-table CCC to mid table PL in 4 seasons.

And perhaps he has also not berated his players in private or maybe even so public as often.

Magilton has publically, been critical of his players on about 6 occaisons in only 4 months of football and how many in private?

One person and one person ONLY is responsible for Magilton going and that is Magilton himself. As is correctly stated above, the difference between Pulis and Magilton is that Pulis has been around a long time, has generally left clubs in a better state than he found them, and has lifted Stoke from mediocrity to Prem. You can be quite sure that wouldn't have happened if he threw his weight around with his players every time things went wrong.

Magilton has achieved nothing except a string of allegations about his violent behaviour both as a player and a manager. All of which seemed to have been covered up with the help of legal assistance.

With a bit of luck, Magilton won't work again and put any more clubs or players through the sort of turmoil he caused here. Good riddance, and well done the players for standing up and playing their part in getting him removed.

I'd go along with that Bernie.

Whatever people's views on Buzz now are I'd urge anyone considering booing him to please think again. The bottom line is, when played in the right position, he's the best player at the club - period, and we need to support him. Faurlin and Taarabt have the potential to be, but theyre not the finished article yet.

Once again, I believe this has nothing to do with so called 'player power'. Magilton got himself ousted through his own poor temperament, poor man management, and poor tactical awareness, resulting in the players and the board losing faith in him. Hence the sudden improvement in their performances the moment Magilton had gone.

To blame Buzsaky for it is sheer folly. Gorman was the only one who came to Jim's defence, out of loyalty alone. But it was clear to everyone else that Magilton, true to his history, was a loose canon. I'd contend that the players reaction was out of loyalty to and in the best interests of the club, as well as themselves.
