Many of our current crop need to take a long hard look at themselves for getting a manager the sack. Not all of our poor recent form can be laid at Magilton's door. Even those who say that Magilton tinkered too much and had a fiery temper must realise that the players have clearly rocked our club and could've done more to give 100% during the recent matches.

As individual professionals they should have done more to pull their fingers out during those poor team displays. They were all awful agaist Middlesboro and Watford to name but two fixtures. In my opinion, many of them don't care enough for the club and us fans.

Let's hope the players take a shine to the new management team or God help Harford and Hart.

The players owe us, the fans big time. Nothing less than 100% effort on Saturday from all of them will suffice.

That is my point - they should care enough every game.

magilton showed passion got in a players face who didnt show passion for the team... buzsaky then rather than keep this all in-house and allow qpr management to deal with magilton - goes to the press and makes it public that he wont play for qpr whilst magilton is there.

magilton maybe over-stepped the line but he DIDNT assault buzsaky - thats why magilton hasnt been sacked.

buzsaky made claims to assault - very serious

Yeah right, if he had a case he would take constructive dismissal to clear his name, not mutual consent and gagging clauses all round

Or Magilton did headbutt Buzsaky but was quite happy to walk away with no compo under the 'mutual consent' with the truth never really coming out therefore giving him half a chance to find new employment.

You are spot on with all you say but maybe an assault did take place and the club chose not to reveal that info?

regardless if the assault took place - we should never even been able to speculate about it.. that **** stays in house..

qpr wanted mags gone for results-based reasons
buzsaky wanted magilton gone for personal differences

magilton makes one mistake and is copped for it. if buzsaky really was headbutted he wouldnt be out around the stadium. he'd either be on the deck or at least have a mark ot two to show.

if magilton did headbutt buzsaky they would of sacked him any club in the world would have. why **** about with all "gagging clauses" when the guy has committed a crime which leads to gross misconduct and then to no "financial-loss" to QPR by sacking him.

i just hope hart gets a chance and if we hit a bad run he is able to get the time to turn it around.

                            Because a) Lawyers cost money
Because b) Its better for everyone all around to put it to bed as quickly as possible.

I actually think the club have handled the whole situation very well, it was reported that they tried to sort it in house, its clear Buzacky was backed by the other players, the club have done everything thats required of them under duty of care of the employee, and they have not totally trashed Magilton's career (I'd suggest that FB's own situation might have something to do with that), they've got replacements (though not to everyones taste) in as soon as possible on caretaker contracts and publicly they have said as little as possible

I see you have conveniently forgotten that the entire squad stood behind Buzsaky and against JM.

Do you really think that if what went on was JUST a normal dressing room shouting session ala Fergie or Wenger the experience pros would have supported Buzsaky. (BTW I still don't understand why a manager would choose a player who had only been on pitch for 12 minutes to vent his anger at)

I really fear for Buzsaky's future at the club, Im seeing too many "fans" posting messages against him and think will no doubt end with boos when he next plays and eventually mean he has to leave - IMHO that would be a much bigger loss than JM
