Regardless of his record for the limited time he was here, how the hell can you judge how good a manager he was. It was his first time in charge of a club. If we are going to judge every manager that comes in on such a small amount of games then god help us.

You have to look at who's appointing the manager. They just can't make the right bloody decision.
