  • Hats off to the board for acknowledging they got it wrong again.

I think they have a lot of spine to get rid of another manager after a short time, following previous brief appointments.

It tells me they will pull out all the stops until they get it right.

If its broke fix it and they truly have. Who knows we may get a happy dressing room and the results may turn as a result.

Pretty amazed that anyone could be extending a "hat's off" to the board right now.

As for displaying "a lot of spine".......you could also argue they are displaying a lack of patience and a lack of knowledge.

"If it's broke they fix it"........Fair enough but they have proven they frequently try and fix things when they're not broken and in other circumstance they have been responsible for things being broken in the first place.

Fair play to you Neil for trying to be optomistic but to be congratulating the board right now seems crazy to me!

Well we could be in Watfords position. They are putting the money in and keeping us going. Lets cut them a bit of slack?

I've always maintained that we owe Flavio a debt of gratitude for stepping in and saving us when he did, but it has all been downhill from there.

Regardless of the investment the board have made the fans cannot be expected to turn a blind eye to the fact the club is being run extremely badly.

How can you say they "truly have fixed it" when they have appointed a manager with a rubbish track record, in what is clearly a rushed appointment without soudning out others properly or taking the time such an important decision should warrant. Oh and it's a person not a single fan would have wanted.....

Yeah they are great aren't they!!:what:

our board are so pigheaded and clueless beyond anything i have ever seen in football, Absolutely clueless on anything to do with football, they reel out the same old s.hit time after time after time we have got the right man in place every manager they appoint. Then give them no time to do their job or poke their ego big tango head in matters they know nothing about THEN MAKE A TEDIOUS EXCUSE TO GET RID OF THEM. I for one had enough of Briatore after 6 months can't put down in words what i think of him now :anger::anger::anger::anger::anger::anger::anger:: anger::anger:
Gerry Francis the greatest all round player to come from these shores:super_man:

The speed of the appointent either strikes of blind panic or under hand tactics in getting rid of Jim Magilton.

The board are far from inspirational in my opinion.

The speed of the appointment means they'll soon hold a world record on it.

How do you know they have. Using your terminology, its has broke several times since they took over, and they have'nt managed to fix it yet.

I dont see anything this time around to suggest things have changed.

Well it's quite amusing that a man who doesn't give two hoots for the £20 punter, hasn't got the same managerial sense that we collectively have ;D
